Information we collect

We collect the information you provide to fulfill your order: your email, name, shipping address, product choices, personalization details, uploaded photographs and logos, design proofs, approval or revision responses, and messages. If you contact us, we also receive the contact information and message you choose to send.

We keep order totals, tax and shipping amounts, payment status and transaction references, shipment details, and digital-download request records. Technical records may include connection information, browser requests, security events, and sign-in attempts.

How we use information

We use information to maintain your cart, verify sign-in, create and revise artwork, process and fulfill orders, send receipts and order updates, provide downloads and support, prevent misuse, and maintain business records.

Payments

Payment details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Our application does not store your card number, security code, or bank account details. We retain order totals, payment status, and Stripe transaction references. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy.

Service providers and order fulfillment

We use Amazon Web Services for hosting and storage, Stripe for payment processing, and Postmark for transactional email. Necessary order details and artwork may be shared with production providers, and shipping details with carriers, to produce and deliver your order. These providers handle information as needed for their services and under their applicable terms and privacy practices.

We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers on this website. We may disclose information when required by law or to address fraud, security issues, or legal claims.

Your photographs and artwork

Customer uploads, proofs, and final download files are kept in private storage with access controls. We use submitted images and details to create and fulfill the order. Do not upload information you do not have permission to share. When submitting a child’s image or details, ensure you have the appropriate parent or guardian authorization. Ordering and account services are intended for adults.

Cookies and browser storage

We use essential cookies for shopping sessions, sign-in verification, and administrator security. Optional Google Analytics is available only when enabled for this website and you choose “Accept analytics.” Rejecting analytics does not affect shopping, checkout, or sign-in. We do not use advertising cookies or enable advertising personalization.

• gamemade_session: maintains your cart or authenticated session. Guest sessions last up to 7 days, customer sessions up to 24 hours, and administrator sessions up to 8 hours.
• gamemade_customer_challenge: connects a sign-in code to the requesting browser; lasts up to 10 minutes.
• gamemade_webauthn: protects administrator passkey verification; lasts up to 5 minutes.

• gamemade_analytics_consent: remembers your analytics choice for up to 180 days.
• _ga and _ga_*: Google Analytics identifiers used only after acceptance, configured to expire after 60 days without automatic renewal.

Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer to change your choice. Analytics stays off until acceptance, and stops when you reject it. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by keeping analytics off.

You can delete or block cookies using your browser settings, but carts and sign-in may stop working. Deleting a cookie does not delete order records held by us. Stripe’s separate checkout and carrier websites may use their own cookies.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand public page visits, referral sources, product views, cart activity, and checkout starts. Google receives technical information needed for the service, which may include your IP address in transit, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, and the approved activity events. We send page addresses without search parameters or fragments and reduce referral addresses to the referring website’s origin.

We do not send customer names, emails, addresses, form contents, personalization, photographs, filenames, proof responses, or payment details to Analytics. Account, order, proof, download, and administrator pages are excluded from our analytics integration. Sales and refunds remain separately recorded in our business system whether or not you accept analytics.

Google handles this information under its privacy policy and explains its use of information from partner websites. Analytics data may be processed outside your country. Authorized reporting tools may access our analytics and search-performance reports to help us understand trends. We do not enable Google Signals or advertising personalization. Declining analytics prevents our Google Analytics tag from loading; browsing without a choice also leaves it off.

Changing your choice stops future analytics collection and clears the Analytics cookies we can access on our domain. It does not automatically delete information previously received by Google. Contact us about access or deletion requests. Report totals may include aggregated information retained separately from individual event records.

Retention and requests

We retain order and financial records for business, accounting, dispute resolution, and applicable legal requirements. Customer uploads, proofs, and final artwork are scheduled for deletion 90 days after the order is completed. Completion means all physical items are marked delivered and all digital files are available, or all files are available for a digital-only order. A reopened order starts its retention period again when completed. Uploads shared with an active order or cart are kept until those uses are finished. Daily cleanup also removes the matching artwork files from our local backup copies. Order, approval, and financial records are kept separately. Sign-in challenges expire as described above; expiration of access is separate from deletion of stored records.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, financial records, security, or unresolved orders and disputes. Removing artwork can affect access to proofs, downloads, or reorders.
