Proofs, revisions, and approval

Your initial draft and one revision are included. Additional drafts are $15 each. Standard service provides a first proof within 48 hours. Check every name, spelling, number, photograph, color, size, and other detail before approving. Approval authorizes production.

Provide complete details and usable images when ordering. If information or images need replacing, we will contact you. For team orders, review every individual piece before approval.

Delivery and rush service

Standard delivery is 3–5 business days after approval. Rush service costs $24.99 per piece, provides a first proof within 12 hours, and delivery within 2 business days after approval. Select rush service on each item’s product page; the fee applies to every copy in the selected quantity.

Physical products ship within the continental United States. Standard shipping is $9.99, with free shipping when the merchandise subtotal is over $100. Rush fees do not count toward that threshold. Tax is calculated at checkout. Digital-only orders have no shipping charge. Contact us before ordering if you have a specific event deadline.

Cancellations

Cancellations are allowed only before approval. Sign in to My account with your order email, open the order, and choose “Cancel order…” to request a full refund to the original payment method. Orders cannot be cancelled after approval. Contact us with your order number if you need help. Open My account.

Mistakes, damage, and replacements

Mistakes in a customer-approved design are the customer’s responsibility. We replace damaged orders and incorrect products resulting from our mistake. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can arrange a replacement. These policies do not limit rights available under applicable law.

Digital artwork

JPG artwork supplied at 150 pixels per inch (PPI) at the ordered print size. For example, a 24" x 36" file is 3600 x 5400 pixels. No physical product is included. Contact us before ordering if your printer requires a different format or resolution.

Digital files are for personal use only and may not be resold or altered. Digital products do not include a physical printed item. When your files are ready, sign in with your order email to access downloads from your private order page. Download and save your files within 90 days after order completion; artwork is then scheduled for deletion. Contact us before ordering if you require a particular file format.

Submitted photos and logos

Submit high-resolution originals and ensure you have permission to use the photographs, logos, and other materials provided. Screen and printed colors can differ; exact color matches are not guaranteed.
